The purpose of the game

Video poker is a game, in which player should collect cards corresponding to some winning combination. The deck with 52 cards is used in poker (standard deck).

The discription of the machine

In the upper part of machine the table of the winning combinations and their payments (in dependence on how much money the player has put on the game) is situated. In the central part of machine the cards of a player are shown. Right under the display there are 5 buttons, which give the possibility to choose the cards you want to leave. There are control buttons in the lower part:

Bet (up) - to increase bet
Bet (down) - to decrease bet
Deal Take - the button starts the new game, if the previous one is already finished or exchanges all unmarked cards if the game continues.

Bets

To start playing the game, player should make a bet. To do this you need to click on the button "Bet" with help of the mouse.

The player can bet from 0.05 to 3 Euro. The more bet is, the more winning will be, if you collect one of the winning card combination.

The course of game

After the bets are made the player pushes the button "Deal Take", as a result the initial 5 card combinaion will be opened. On having aquainted with them the player makes a decision what cards he wants to leave and what to exchange with the purpose to create or increase the winning combination. To leave the card you should push the button "Hold" under the card. If the player changes his decision and decides not to save the left card, he just needs to push the button "Hold" one more time and the previous action will be cancelled.

When the needed cards are chosen, the player pushes "Deal Take" again and gets the new cards instead of those he decided not to save. The player can exchange the cards only once a game. If the player has the winning combination and the cards were dealed for the first time,the playing machine will make a hint, by "saving" these cards instead of the player. If the player does not want to leave those cards, he can just push on the button "Hold" under the marked card and the saving will be cancelled.
If the player has the winning combination, he can eiher take his winning at once ( by pushing "Deal Take") or continue the game. To do this you should push the button "Double" which will be in the lower right corner of the machine. After that the player gets 5 cards (one of them opened), the other four are dealed face-down. He should guess the card higher then the opened card among the four face-down ones by pushing the button "Hold" under the chosen card. If the player guesses right, the winning will be doubled, if he does not , he will lose all the winning, if both cards are the same, the player will receive the winning without any changes. At doubling the lowest card is considered to be 2, and the highest one is Ace. The suit doesn´t matter.

Royal Flush: Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 of the same suit.
Straight Flush: Five consecutive cards of the same suit.
Four of a kind - 4 cards of the same rank and a random one.
Full House - 3 same cards of the same rank and 2 cards of another one

Flush - 5 cards of same suit.

Straight - 5 consecutive cards of different suits.

Three of a kind - three cards of the same rank and two consecutive ones.

Two pairs - two pairs of cards of the same rank.

High pair - The pair "Ace+King"
